She Brings over 7 years of real estate experience and a distinguished clientele to William Raveis. Heather is a 28-year resident of the Lowcountry and co-owner of Nix Flooring and Design, LLC.

She has a vast knowledge of the local market as well as a strategic, international marketing platform. Heather believes relationships are the heartbeat of real estate and is passionate about the industry and her clients.

She has an extensive background in business development and design with a keen eye for renovating homes.

She is also the co-host of an international podcast called "No Contingencies Podcast" which is centered around real life, real experiences, and real aspects of everyday real estate.

When Heather is not busy selling real estate, she's likely spending time with her 3 daughters and husband, Kenny, embarking on adventures around the Lowcountry. In their free time, they can often be found together navigating the May River, Calibogue Sound, and Intracoastal Waterway on their boat. Born in Syracuse, New York, Heather relocated to Hilton Head as a child and graduated from Hilton Head Prep.
